Ordering

As there are a limited number of orders taken per week, it is preferred that orders be made at least two weeks in advance. During the more popular months of May, June, September & October it is suggested that orders be placed as soon as you know of the event. Your order is considered placed once full payment is received. Full payment is due at the time of booking.  Orders are taken on a first to commit, first served basis. 

It is preferred that wedding and large event orders be made at least three months in advance. (Some exceptions may apply). 50% Of the total balance as well as a signed contract is due at the time of reservation. Your final balance is due one month prior to your event date. If payment has not been received by this time, then your order will not be made.

Payments

I accept cash, credit, and debit card payments. No personal checks. Credit and debit card payments may be processed directly by phone or by online invoice. Cash drop-offs must be arranged with me. All orders must be paid in full before production.

Pick Ups & Deliveries

At this time delivery is only available for large orders and/or orders requiring setup for your event. I will make every possible attempt to deliver your items successfully. However, I  can not be responsible for incorrect addresses or items left with persons other than the client.

Pick ups and deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Orders will not be available for pick up or delivery before your scheduled date and time. If you will be running late to pick up your order, please call to inform me. Orders abandoned for 24hrs or more will be donated without compensation to you. Changes In Orders

Orders are normally finalized upon receipt of payment. In some cases exceptions can be made. If you need to make changes to your order, please call me at (919) 523-1513 as soon as you know of the change. I cannot guarantee any changes. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event that you must cancel your order, my cancellation policy is as follows:

14 Days or more before your event date will receive 100% refund

4-13 Days before your event will receive 50% refund

3 Days or less, no refund will be issued since your order will be in progress.

Wedding & Large Orders

Will have this information stated in your contract.
